Bay West Tech Support provides mobile technology support services including but not limited to computer repair, smartphone assistance, and network setup. All services are provided on an "as is" basis.

3. Service Area

Our services are available in Bay Village, Westlake, and surrounding areas as specified on our website. Service availability may vary by location.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices for services are as quoted during service calls. Payment is due upon start of service unless otherwise arranged.

5. Warranty

Our services come with a 30-day warranty. This warranty covers issues directly related to services performed but does not cover new problems or user-caused issues.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bay West Tech Support is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

7. Data Protection

While we take precautions to protect your data during service, we recommend backing up your data before any service is performed.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
